The complex is situated between the towns of Belek and Kadriye. It comprises semi-detached houses based around a central communal area where all facilities can be found. The villa is about 100 metres from the facilities.

It has a fabulous 25 metre pool with kid’s pool open from mid-May to mid- October. There is also a well stocked shop with on-site bar which are open all-year-round.

The Acisu River flows at one end of the service road providing excellent fishing.

At the opposite end of the service road is a forest through which you can reach the beach.

There is a children’s play area situated in the middle of the complex.
