The villa was fully renovated in 2006, and is very modern and comfortable with all mod cons. It has three floors comprising open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with large patio and toilet on the ground floor; 3 bedrooms and main bathroom on the first floor; one bedroom and utility area with a second large balcony on the second floor. It is fully air-conditioned. Outside is a small garden stocked with orange, mandarin and lemon trees, hibiscus, honeysuckle and roses. There is a drive for 2 cars

The kitchen is new and of modern, beech design. It is fully equipped with cooker and large fridge/freezer. The living room is large and airy with a door onto the patio, which is fully furnished for al fresco dining/barbecues. There are two 3-seater settees which convert to beds, satellite TV with DVD player which also plays CD’s and MP3s . There is also an indoor dining area. There is a toilet and storage area. also on this floor

The second floor has a twin bedroom which has its own wet room. There is a large balcony with beautiful views of the Taurus mountains, barbecue, sun loungers and table and chairs. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hotplate and washing machine. The balcony receives cooling breezes for those warm summer nights.

The first floor has 1 en-suite double bedroom, one large twin bedroom and one small bedroom with bunk beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with shower, toilet and washbasin. The en-suite is a wet room with toilet, shower and washbasin.
